Witch hazel is known for soothing your skin, reducing inflammation and a great ingredient for treating blemishes from bruises to pigmentation to redness.
Witch Hazel is effective for tightening swollen blood vessels under the eyes, working to shrink your capillaries that cause dark eyes. The Hydrating Toner also contains green tea and aloe, making it safe for sensitive skin and helps to remove makeup.
